Summary: We collect minimal data necessary to provide our service. We do not store your speech content after translation. We never sell your data to third parties.

- Account Information: When you create channels, we store channel IDs, passwords (encrypted), and language configurations.
- Payment Information: If you subscribe to a paid plan, our payment processor collects billing details. We do not store your credit card information.
- Contact Information: If you contact us for support, we may collect your email address and message content.
1.2 Information Collected Automatically
- Usage Data: We collect anonymized usage statistics, including session duration and channel activity, to improve our service.
- Device Information: We may collect browser type, operating system, and device type for compatibility purposes.
- Log Data: Our servers automatically log IP addresses, access times, and pages visited.
1.3 Speech and Translation Data
Important: Speech audio is streamed directly to Azure Cognitive Services for real-time processing. We do not store speech recordings or transcripts on our servers. Translated text is displayed to viewers in real-time and is not permanently stored.

We use the information we collect to:
- Provide, maintain, and improve our Service
- Process your subscription and payments

- Monitor and analyze usage patterns to improve user experience
